A little about us...
Evolve Neuro Rehab is based in North Dorset and was founded in 2021 by Ciarán O’Hagan, an occupational therapist with experience in brain injury and stroke rehabilitation within both the NHS and private sector.
We offer bespoke neurological rehabilitation following a brain injury because we understand how being diagnosed with a brain injury or a neurological condition can be devastating and how it can impact your independence.
We will guide you through the rehabilitation process using a hybrid approach of reattainment of the skills lost or looking at ways to compensate for the skills that have been lost.
Overall, we will work closely with you to assess your abilities and set up rehabilitation programmes with regular goal reviews to ensure that you maximise your participation in the everyday tasks that are meaningful to you.
