We are a mobile service based near Blandford in North Dorset. We are flexible in where you want us to work; it can be your home including nursing home, your place of work or even a community setting.
We typically work across Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire, and Somerset areas but would be willing to travel further. Please contact us to discuss your location.
Being diagnosed with a neurological condition can be devastating and it can also impact upon your independence. It’s our job to work closely with you and find out what is important to you to achieve. We will guide you through your rehabilitation journey.
We even have our own aspirations. We want to evolve into a multidisciplinary service whereby we could offer a range of healthcare professions, such as Physiotherapy and Speech and Language therapy etc…
Evolve Neuro Rehab was founded by Ciarán O’Hagan in 2021.
Our aim is to provide neurological occupational therapy rehabilitation to help you regain your independence after a stroke or brain injury

Ciarán O'Hagan
Ciarán O’Hagan is an Occupational Therapist (OT) based in Blandford, North Dorset, specialising in neurological rehabilitation and the proud founder of Evolve Neuro Rehab.
Since qualifying in 2009, he has worked in a variety of settings but for the last few years he has specialised in neurological rehabilitation.
Ciarán is registered as an OT with the Health and Care Professions Council and is a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapy, including two specialist sections: Neurological Practice and Independent Practice. Ciarán’s interest lies in treating neurological conditions such as stroke, brain injury and long-term neurological conditions.
Recently, Ciarán was the Lead Occupational Therapist at South Newton Hospital (formerly known as Glenside Neurological Rehab Hospital) before leaving his post to pursue his ambition of setting up his own private practice -Evolve Neuro Rehab.
Outside of work, Ciarán enjoys watching and playing tennis, hiking especially in the Lake District, city breaks, reading, going out to eat and spending quality time with his family and friends.
